Whether we serve as Owner Representatives or as an Independent Third-Party Quality Control Liaisons, we advocate your project's best interests. we apply our expertise to oversee the maturity of the project from its very inception, through the necessary approval process(es), and to its successful delivery.

There is no question that one of the most misinterpreted standards in a construction project is that of Americans with Disabilities Act or ADA. According to the latest reports, nearly 1 in every 5 Americans lives with disability on daily basis. Therefore, there is no wonder that the ADA standards are also enforced at the federal level. Unfortunately, more often than not, a surprising number of owners, inspectors, contractors, and design professionals lack the understanding of accurate application of ADA in their projects. They repeatedly recreate the same mistakes and expose themselves to possibility of civil complaints or worse, disciplinary action(s) by Department of Justice (DOJ). Having Specialized in ADA audits, KMBA is versed in the correct applications of ADA standards.
